COVID-19

March 2020, Ontario Hunter Education and Canadian Firearms Safety Courses have been put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Canadian Firearms Safety Course Challenges

On June 18, 2015 Bill C-42, 'the Common Sense Firearms Licensing Act' recieved royal assent.

This includes, 'Make classroom participation in firearms safety courses mandatory for first-time licence applicants; '
This means we are no long provide challenging services for those wishing to obtain a firearm's license. To obtain a firearms license, you must take the Canadian Firearms Safety course (also known as a PAL course). Please check our website for future PAL and RPAL dates.

Turkey Course & Testing

Effective January 1, 2017 the stand-alone Wild Turkey Hunter Education Course is no longer required to hunt wild turkey in Ontario. The turkey course is now part of the Hunter Education course. Those who already have there Ontario Outdoors Card are now able to hunt while Turkeys. But It is recommended those who have not take turkey training to take this online course, Ontario Wild Turkey Hunting Course
